CPA. Celestin Niyigena is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda, and he holds Bachelor of Science Hons in Accounting from University of Rwanda. He has several years of professional experience in aspect of accounting, tax, and finance as well as consultancy services covering various industry sectors. He has expertise in Tax Planning and Advisory Services, Customs Duty and Other Indirect Taxes, expatriate tax, VAT, and other indirect tax, Transfer pricing, Tax Audit and Assessment.

CPA. Celestin joined FS Global Consulting Ltd as Head of Tax Advisory since 2021. Prior Joining FS Global Consulting Ltd, He Served Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) as Tax Auditor and he carried out various tax assessment to Small, Medium and Large Taxpayers. He served also IHS Rwanda as Tax Specialist. He has conducted various Tax Advisory services to International Non-Government Organisation, Private Companies and Government Projects.
