Mr. Isaie Kubwimana has Master of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Economics from University of Rwanda. He has vast experience and expertise in project management including planning, budgeting, procurement, monitoring, and evaluation and He has enough experience to work in administration and field-based activities including capacity building of senior national and local officials, and NGOs while creating strong network and partnership. He has experience in working with bilateral and multilateral organization including FCDO and the World Bank group. He served Digital skills Foundation as Project Manager,

Mr. Isaie Kubwimana has joined FS Global Consulting Ltd since 2021 as Program and Projects Senior Consultant. Prior joining FS Global Consulting Ltd, he has 8 years of experience in senior managerial positions including four years on the position of Director of Planning and Resources Mobilization at University of Kibungo, three years as Systems Strengthening Advisor at Education Development Trust (EDT) and one year as Consultant/ Senior Systems Strengthening Lead at Word Bank. In addition to this, He attended various training in Project Management, Economic Planning, Research design, Environmental analysis, Impact evaluation, procurement planning and Data Analysis for Sustainable Development Planning by the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the African Institute for Economic Development and Planning (IDEP).

Mr. Isaie Kubwimana supported National, District and Sector Education Officials, teachers, Head Teachers and Schools General Assembly Committees through capacity building and Policy formulation. Support in developing the education sector strategic plan (ESSP) monitoring framework at National and District levels. He served as member of central government planners at ministerial level.
