CPA.Francois Songa holds a Master in Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from University of Kigali with first grade and a Bachelor of Science Hons in Accounting from the University of Rwanda. He is Certified Public Accountants (CPA) and a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR). He is also a Certified Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) accredited by Corporate Finance Institute of Canada. He attended various professional training programs related to Project management, Risk management, Procurement and Logistics, Financial Management Grants management.

CPA.Francois has vast experience and expertise in Auditing, Accounting, Tax Advisory, Financial Advisory, Management Consultancy and Risk and Management advisory. He is highly experienced in managing large funds and projects funded by USAID, Global Funds, EU, World Banks, African Development Bank (AfDB), and Department for International Development (DFID). He served as a member of Senior Management at IntraHealth International of Rwanda. He served the office of the Auditor General of Rwanda-Supreme Audit Institution. He led various audit assignment of public entities, Government Projects, Government Business Enterprise. CPA. Francois is a CPA Trainer at University of Rwanda, and He is responsible to train the University of Rwanda’ Students and Government of Rwanda budget managers sponsored Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning.

He served CPA. Francois, Served DNR Partners CPA Ltd as Audit and Consulting Manager over several years. At DNR Partners CPA Ltd, CPA, Francois served different clients in the market from various industries-Consumer and Industrial markets, Manufacturing, Learning Institutions, telecommunication, Insurance, Banking, and public including. He performed various tasks but not limed to corporate strategy development and business planning, Project feasibility and Cash flow analysis, recruitment, and human capital development, Project assessment and evaluation, business valuation and restructuring, audit, accounting, tax advisory, corporate finance, and development of policies and manuals.

With such solid experience and skills in auditing, tax, accounting, and management consultancy, CPA. Francois joined FS Global Consulting Ltd as Managing Director since 2021 and he is responsible to establish strategic direction and vision of the firm.
